Job Description:
We're looking for dynamic, competitive, and driven individuals eager to play a pivotal role in expanding our event program. As the face of our brand, you'll be the catalyst for our sales cycle—engaging with potential customers at events and scheduling in-home appointments with homeowners.
This position requires travel to events throughout the state of Indiana, and our ideal candidate will be flexible and available to work events during the week and on weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Command booth spaces at diverse events
- Establish trust and connect with potential customers
- Interact effortlessly with a diverse audience
- Articulate product and service details effectively
- Schedule appointments and promote exciting contests
- Represent the company with professionalism and expertise
Job Requirements:
- Preferably, a background in sales, events, or marketing
- Availability for some weekend hours
- Ability and willingness to travel to events across Indiana
- Reliable transportation
Offer:
- Hourly: $20 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses
