Position Overview:  

As Inside Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Inside Sales Manager with the primary goal of supporting the efforts of the Call Center.  You will be the epicenter of organizational success and focus on quality initiatives for the Inside Sales Team. Collaboration is expected with Outside Sales, Data, Marketing and Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control
  • Monitor activity & dispositioning of TSR’s call efforts in a systematic and meaningful way
  • Listen to and audit TSR calls and offer feedback to ISM
  • Track TSR performance and identifying gaps where training is necessary
Call Center Training
  • Identify (through data) training gaps and work with ISM to build ongoing training plans for the existing team.
  • Heavily contribute during new hire training and 90-day probationary periods to ensure new hires are on track.
Call Center Reporting
  • Update TSR daily recap tracker upon arrival for each shift
  • Collaborate with ISC to update other TSR reports as needed
Call Center Confirmations & Inbound Appointment Setting
  • Confirming all appointments for the TSR team in tandem with dayside ISC
  • First point of contact for all Inbound calls (shared with ISC and Data)
  • Pleasant & Accommodating phone conversations to engage and service potential clients
  • Potential warm outbound calls (i.e., Home Show reminders)
  • Responsibility includes interaction with ISC, TSRs, and Data.
Back up ISC in all daily tasks during absences

Time Breakdown:

  • 40%      Call Center Confirmations & Inbound Appointment Setting
  • 30%      Quality Control
  • 15%      Training & Reporting
  • 5%        Back up ISC

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a positive can-do attitude with the ability to be attentive and diplomatic with decision-making
  • Collaborative in nature with the expectation of assuming good intent of co-workers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependability with work hours & days, in compliance with the BEE Window Company handbook
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to be coached and pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment

Hours:

Office hours for Inside Sales Coordinator will be Tuesday-Friday 11:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9am-2pm.

This is an overtime eligible position.  Overtime hours will be at the sole discretion of Inside Sales Manager and will be paid at time and a half.  Any work from home requires compliance with WFH rules as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

The expectation is that a minimum of 2 days/week will be in person.

Compensation:

$19-22/hr based on experience w/bonus opportunities.
