Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Professional, you’ll be at the forefront, driving our Inside Sales Team towards unparalleled success. Your primary role will involve generating high-quality leads daily for our outside sales team. Here, success is rewarded! Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, setting a benchmark in personal lead generation to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Make 350-400 calls per day to convert data into valuable appointments.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages peak performance.
  • Utilize monitoring systems to evaluate and enhance personal and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Offer:

  • Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Available
  • Schedule: various during Call Center Hours (M-F 830-430p, 430-730p, Sat 9a-2p)
  • Hourly: $20.00/hour
  • OTE: $52,000 - $70,000 per year (Based on hourly wage and monthly bonuses)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
