Lead Brand Representative (Lead Field Canvasser): - Fishers, Indiana

Position Overview:  

As Canvassing Team Lead, you will report to the Inside Sales Manager and have daily oversight of the Canvassers.  With the primary goal of driving the success of our canvassing efforts, you will be monitoring goals, improvement implementation and best practices to escalate canvassing conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:‍

Manage the Canvassing team

• Lead from the trenches while maintaining personal canvassing metrics
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Canvassing team
• Monitor achievements of Canvassers and provide coaching as needed
• Establish best practices for canvassing efforts to consistently evolve the department
• Develop & execute contests and creative projects to exceed goals

Accountability of Canvassing Metrics

• Establish goals and metrics for the canvassing team and regularly monitor and evaluate individual and team performance.
• Weekly dedication of canvassing monitoring to identify ongoing training needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure goals are met.

Training

• Recruit, onboard & train new Canvassers, alongside ISM
• Determine training deficiencies and propose plans to overcome
• Send weekly sales training thoughts/reminders to the team

Personal Canvassing Responsibilities

• Devote minimum 20hrs/week (50% of the time) to personal canvassing duties
• Issue a minimum number leads per month to qualify for Sales Commission Pay

Compensation:

$20 per hour w/ performance bonuses
