What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of in-home sales representatives
• Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Drive results through consultative sales strategies and strong leadership
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic direction to meet and exceed sales targets
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales reps
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a steady lead flow
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Background in in-home sales (home improvement, remodeling, windows/doors preferred)
• Strong consultative selling and customer service skills
• Leadership and motivational abilities
• Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation

• Commission-based pay structure
• High earning potential: $180,000 - $250,000+ annually (performance-based)
