We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager with a robust background in CRM management and automation, particularly with the Go High-Level CRM. The ideal candidate will possess experience in working with CRM platforms, optimizing workflows, and integrating automation tools to enhance business operations. Moreover, the candidate should have experience with AI technology, especially AI voice applications, to boost customer engagement and sales efficiency.

This role offers a competitive salary plus commission and rewards those who can improve CRM efficiency and use AI technology to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Go High-Level CRM, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and optimization of business processes.
  • Develop and implement advanced CRM automation strategies to improve lead management, customer interactions, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze CRM performance data and continuously refine workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee CRM integrations with third-party tools, ensuring a smooth user experience across sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
  • Utilize AI voice technology (2 to 3 years experience) to enhance customer engagement, automate communication, and improve response times.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to implement AI-driven solutions for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging CRM technologies, AI advancements, and automation trends.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing CRM platforms (Go High-Level CRM preferred) with a focus on automation, optimization, and integrations.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working with AI technology, specifically AI voice solutions for customer engagement and sales processes.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation, data analytics, and CRM performance tracking.
  • Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
